Because every SongMade song is a custom digital product made specifically for you, we generally cannot offer refunds once the song has been delivered.
When We Will Offer a Refund
- If your song was not delivered within 48 hours of purchase
- If there is a technical issue with the audio file (corrupted, won't play, incomplete)
- If the song does not reference the details you provided (wrong name, completely unrelated content)
When We Cannot Offer a Refund
- You changed your mind after receiving the song
- You don't like the musical style, voice, or artistic interpretation
- The song was a gift and the recipient didn't like it
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at song@songmade.co.uk within 14 days of your purchase with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll review your request and respond within 2 business days.
Your Statutory Rights
Under UK consumer law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. However, for digital content that has been delivered and consumed, this right is waived once delivery begins, which you consent to at checkout. Your statutory rights are not affected.
